By accessing or using Instant eCard at instantecard.com or its alternate domain willubmyvalentine.com (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). instantecard.com is the primary domain; willubmyvalentine.com is an alternate domain that redirects to it. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Instant eCard is a free online platform that allows users to create, personalize, and share digital greeting cards (eCards) for various occasions including birthdays, love, thank you, graduation, holidays, and more. The Service includes card creation, link-based sharing, recipient responses, and email notifications.

3. User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Send eCards containing hateful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content

By creating an eCard, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to deliver the Service (e.g., showing the card to the recipient). If you opt to make your message public on our “Wall of Love,” you grant us permission to display it publicly.

All content, designs, templates, graphics, animations, code, and other materials on the Service are owned by Instant eCard or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.

6. Free Service & Availability
